​What does Social Selling HQ do?
Short answer: Our only objective is to bring you and your organization into the new reality of the Post-Covid world whereby all sales, marketing and customer facing activities are digital and online.
We do this through our targeted and trans-formative managed social sales programs, "Digital Transformation program", and training for modern sales, marketing & customer experience teams.


Long answer: Through our targeted and customized programs we help individuals and companies reach, support and grow their sales and revenues. We do this by using the social selling techniques we have pioneered and certified as being 100% proven with the many clients we support. 

We offer two branches of services – Managed Social Sales, and Virtual Social Sales Training. Our managed services include "Social Sales Management", "Employee advocacy and Brand advocacy managed programs", and customized managed sales programs.


Our "Virtual social sales training programs", have expanded dramatically over the last year, and can now be seen in their entirety on our "Social Selling HQ University" page 

In addition we have introduced a new Social Selling Platform for employee advocacy & Brand Advocacy called "SSHQ Pro". This new platform sets a new industry standard for indepth analytics and is available stand alone on a user or company basis. Further, "SSHQ Pro", is an integral part of all of our training and managed programs as a way to create both fun and results!
​Can I hire you just to sell our products and/or services?
​We get asked this all the time and the firm answer is no. There are many outsource sales companies that strictly sell on behalf of their clients, but we are not one of them. Our training programs are developed to elevate your team and leadership, not to take over the role. Our "VP of sales" program does straddle this line, where we will manage your team and create the process for your customer facing teams to follow – and our managed social sales program will create the leads that your team will be engaging with to close. We are not a call centre, we are here to lead and show your teams how to engage with all of your customers in the Post-Covid world!

We don’t see it that way. As with consulting firms, we too provide a business assessment, and present our plan to improve your business. However, that’s where most firms stop, send their invoice, and move on to the next client – leaving implementation to you and yours to follow through with. Social Selling HQ LLC and it's team have been training leadership teams, customer facing teams, and sales teams for 18 years. We know follow-through is as important as follow-up, measured steps and engagement. ​What will my program include?
​To be honest, no idea.
We don’t know your company yet and we aren’t about to make any empty promises.
Before starting any program, we will conduct in-depth interviews and get to know you, your team, and company.
Absolutely every client is different and requires a customized program to fit all their needs. 
Together, we’ll determine if we are a good fit for your needs, and go from there.
From small and targeted to long term broad and extensive programs, what we offer depends entirely on your needs.
The only common factor is we are all approaching a brand new era and a "Digital Transformation", if not yet done, will need to be.
Ultimately you decide what is best for your company.
​How long does a program run?
Not an easy question, since this depends on a variety of factors. Even our 6 ,10 or 12 week "social sales training programs", sounds obvious, but as our goal is always to lead your team through the paces and make sure the knowledge is retained, this can go longer.

Managed Social Sales programs run as long as you need us for – we can get you off the ground, show you what steps you need to take, and let you go from there, or we can manage and train your team until core competency and marketing divisions are ready to take over a year from starting point. Even the [Advanced sales Program], which we see as running 6 months, has been an ongoing program for some clients lasting years.
​
Our Digital Transformation sessions – creating a unified company vision and strategy for social media growth, branding and selling – allows for ongoing mentoring and hands on interactions for months following.

As to our "Employee Advocacy", "Brand Advocacy" and "Social Selling platform", this is designed to grow with you for the long term with our expertise never more than a direct message away! 
​Is the initial analysis included?​
"Yes"
This is the first step we take in developing your program depending upon your needs and interest.
Once the analysis is completed, you will receive the results and recommendations. 
This document will outline your customized program with time-frames and goals.
Usually this takes anywhere from 1 week to 2 weeks depending on the nature and scope of your immediate needs. 
​We are not located near you, how will you deliver services and or Virtual programs?​
We deliver our programs by whichever means is most convenient and effective to you.
That said, with the new era we are living in / Covid-19 our programs can now be delivered entirely virtually while maintaining our unique hands-on approach with your teams. 
We use the tools we have all become so familiar with as well as others to work with you and your teams remotely. 
This allows for our well known hands-on approach through screen sharing and many other online tools.
We are always-on-call via social media and messaging tools.
​Some of our programs are best done at least partially in-person – such as the, "Digital Transformation Program". Where available and taking all precautions including social distancing and face masks we’ll come to you and deliver our sessions partially or entirely in person with your leadership team. Once again providing support and mentoring remotely.
Lastly, through our partnership with "DLA Ignite", whose head office is out of London / UK, (whose teams including SSHQ are located globally), we can provide our services globally.
​How do you charge for your services?
​Many of our programs are priced right here on our site. 
Others, can only be priced based upon your needs but we can provide an estimate once we have enough information to complete an initial analysis.
​How do we know we are still on track after the work?​
This is one of our favorite questions!
Used to be we would create a robust but manual system of various document types to collect KPI's in order to ensure ongoing accountability and measurement.
This in part because no one system was capable of collecting all the critical data needed especially for, "Social Media & Digital marketing / Social Selling". 
No small task as many components of sales, marketing, HR and customer experience were difficult to measure at least in a unified way. 
Now with our new,"Social Selling Platform / SSHQ Pro", we can measure practically every critical KPI in real time down to the individual user. 
This allows for reporting like you have likely never experienced before and really ushers in the "Digital Transformation" to your organization. 
​Can you also train managers and executives?
​"Yes"!
In fact no true, "Digital Transformation", can be completed without doing so. 
While our Managed programs operate to ensure the leaderships time is not disrupted, our "Digital Transformation", and "Social Sales training programs" work with a top-down focus! We believe everyone in the company is an advocate and can help to create a brand that money cannot buy.
Our programs through our, "Social Selling Platform", (SSHQ Pro) are designed to maximize this.


What certifications and accreditations are available and how do they work? 
Social Selling HQ University currently has "4" Virtual business development courses with each having it's own accreditation and certification process.
Each course provides a certificate and a digital accreditation that can be put on any or all of the individuals or corporations profiles.
These certifications provide tangible evidence that your people and your organization has truly completed a, "Digital Transformation"
So from your Customer Service through to your sales, marketing and management teams, all can be certified and accredited. 
In addition those who successfully complete any of our, "Social Sales Training Programs" and or our on-boarding for, "SSHQ Pro" are also certified and accredited accordingly. 
In the very near future, organizations will be known and recognized for their digital skill sets by way of these accreditation's and certifications.
