Customers are always right!

  • This is the premise we start with as this is the new world we live in
  • It is now a "BUYER's MARKET" and no longer a "SELLER's MARKET"
  • If you accept this, than the next question is, "what do customers want"? 
  • There have been many studies done showing that the number one requirement is speed, they want it now
  • It makes no difference whether it's a product a service or just an answer to a question
  • In fact, it does not matter whether it's B2B or B2C, the number one requirement remains the same 
  • Next, they want simplicity and competence, this they will quickly confirm from your online reviews...if you don't have any,
​             your out of luck because it's already over...they, your could have been customers, have moved on...
  • From there they want ease of access and helpful follow-up where required

So what has this got to do with my Digital IQ?

  • Everything!
  • You see, for you to deliver what your customers want means very simply that you have to move completely
            from the, "Analog world", to today's online, real-time, "DIGITAL WORLD"
  • This means everything you now do for your customers from the beginning of their journey 
             to the end, has to be practically instant and yet, uncompromising!
  • How can you accomplish this? 
  • While the actual steps and requirements will vary from company to company, ultimately there is only one way
  • Through a complete and ongoing, "Digital Transformation", this is not something you do once, this is something you will be improving
           on from now on as technologies allow you to do so
  • Your Digital IQ is the best indicator of how likely it is that you and your company are prepared to take the next steps
  • It does not matter what those steps are, if you are not ready they will not "Take Hold" and actually work until you are
  • Shortly you will receive your results and these will be accompanied with some recommendations you can begin
             to take in order to catch up with your customers by becoming what they demand!
